All rugs purchased at full retail price include free shipping across Australia.

Other Items
Shipping for other products or discounted items is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, as each item is carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

Metro: 2–6 business days and Regional: 4–10 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
