At the moment we ship Australia wide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all full priced rugs

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually packed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but most Australian orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

If your order hasn't been packed yet, absolutely. Send me a message as soon as you can and I'll do my best to help.

Can I send a rug as a gift?

Of course! Eco Aura rugs make beautiful gifts. If you'd like me to leave out the invoice or include a little handwritten note, just leave a note at checkout.

What are your rugs made from?

Every Eco Aura rug is made from 100% woven cotton.

They're soft enough to curl up with, durable enough for everyday adventures and designed to be used both indoors and outdoors

Can I spend the whole afternoon doing absolutely nothing?

100%.

If today is one of those days where you just need a little time for yourself, take it.

Read a book.

Go for a picnic.

Paint.

Listen to music.

Sit by the river.

Do whatever makes your heart feel a little lighter.

Can I machine wash my rug?

Yes.

Cold gentle machine wash with a mild detergent, then lay flat to dry.

Do the rugs feel thick?

Yes.

They're woven rather than printed, giving them a lovely weight and texture while still being easy to fold and carry.

Are your designs original?

Yes! :))

Every Eco Aura design is created exclusively for our collection and isn't available anywhere else.

Will my dog steal my rug?

Probably.

I've accepted that every dog seems to believe Eco Aura rugs were made especially for them.
